Jennifer Webb created her business, Magic Communications, 22 years ago in New York City, focusing on how people can work more synergistically together through effective communication. She has worked with hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, and in the process has also interviewed and taught success strategies from numerous well-known personalities in a variety of industries including Orson Welles, Muhammad Ali and Senator Ted Kennedy.
She served as a personal power coach on CBS Morning News, Reno affiliate for several years, teaching people how to shift limiting beliefs to empowering ones to create what they want in life. Focusing on how we overcome adversity, she used her climb up Africa’s Mt. Kilimanjaro as a reference point for overcoming both fear and disillusionment to get results.
Author of three books, Monster Lies: A Woman’s Guide to Controlling Her Destiny, The FIDO Philosophy(for Forget It and Drive On) and Success Is a Team Effort; she currently has a fourth book coming out soon on human potential, Zap, Pow, Kazam, 11 Super Powers to Change Your Life & Career.
